Help with logging in

Usernames And Passwords are case sensative
All usernames and passwords are in lowercase only. Make sure you do not have "CAPS lock" enabled
Use the Correct login information
Your username is your account number (not your company name).  Password is the password you specified during registration unless you have been notified otherwise by email.
Have you registered to obtain access?
You must register your company to receive your unique username and password (Sharp Australia and Sharp New Zealand's Dealers, Retailers and Approved Service companies only). You can register here
Are you authorised to provide warranty service?
Only companies who are authorised by Sharp to provide warranty service on Sharp products will be given access to the Dealer support area of the website.  If you are authorised to provide warranty service to Business products, you will only have access to the Business products section.(and visa versa). Retailers will only have access to the Retailer support area.
